This Policy covers changes to your enrolled program, cohort rescheduling, and cancellations. Program change requests are supported before sessions start, subject to seat availability and basic verification.
Change of Program (Before Sessions Start)
You may request to switch from your current program to another available Aptisure program before your cohort sessions begin, subject to the conditions below:
- The request must be raised before the first live session of your enrolled cohort.
- The alternate program/cohort must have available seats.
- The alternate cohort should be reasonably aligned in schedule (we may recommend the closest upcoming cohort for smoother onboarding).
- If switching to a higher-priced program, you pay the difference.
- If switching to a lower-priced program, the difference is not refunded unless explicitly stated on the checkout page for that specific offering.
- Email support@aptisure.com from your registered email with: full name, phone, current program, and the program you want to switch to.
- We verify seat availability and confirm the switch option.
- If payment difference applies, we share the payment link/instructions.
- Once confirmed, your access is migrated to the new program/cohort.
Rescheduling
If a cohort does not begin within a reasonable time from its published start date due to operational reasons, you may be offered an alternate cohort or options communicated by Aptisure.
If you need to move to a later cohort before sessions begin, we’ll try to accommodate based on seat availability and schedule alignment.
- Rescheduling is generally supported before sessions start and is subject to available seats in the target cohort.
- Rescheduling does not automatically include a program change (unless requested and approved as per Section 1).
- If the target cohort/program is higher priced, you pay the difference.
- If the target cohort/program is lower priced, the difference is not refunded unless explicitly stated on the checkout page.
Cancellations
Aptisure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort or session due to operational constraints, instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, system outages, governmental restrictions).
If we cancel a cohort, we will communicate available alternatives or options through official channels.
