These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Aptisure Learning Private Limited. These Terms are to be read with our Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, these Terms control for platform usage, and the Privacy Policy controls for data handling.

• You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it when required.

Program details (curriculum, timelines, deliverables, evaluations, internship/project scope, and eligibility) are described on the Site or in official communications. Enrolling in a program means you agree to comply with program rules, evaluation criteria, and participation requirements.

We may update program structure for quality, compliance, or operational reasons. Changes are communicated through the Site, LMS, or email/official channels.

Fees (if applicable) are shown on the Site or checkout page. By making a payment, you authorize us and our payment partners to process the transaction.

• Prices may change for future purchases without notice.
• Taxes, payment gateway fees, and statutory charges may apply as required.
• You agree not to attempt fraudulent chargebacks or misuse payment methods.

Aptisure may offer “fee return”, scholarships, rewards, or other incentives as part of specific programs. These are performance-based benefits and are:

• Governed by clearly defined criteria (evaluation, project quality, attendance, milestone completion, integrity checks).
• Subject to verification and anti-fraud checks (duplicate submissions, plagiarism, identity mismatch, manipulation).
• Not guaranteed and may be withdrawn if policy violations are detected.

If your program includes fee return, the exact terms must be read with the program’s fee return rules shared on the Site/LMS or via official communication.

Refund eligibility depends on the product/program and the stage of delivery (e.g., seat allocation, expert scheduling, cohort start, content access).

• Duplicate payments: If you are charged twice for the same order, we will reverse the duplicate charge after verification.
• Cancellations: Where cancellation windows are offered, they will be stated on the checkout/program page.
• Fee return is not a refund: Fee return (if applicable) is an incentive linked to performance criteria, not a standard cancellation refund.

For refund-related requests, contact support@aptisure.com with transaction details.

All platform materials, branding, UI, content, and course assets (including videos, documents, templates, and LMS structure) are owned by or licensed to Aptisure and protected by applicable IP laws.

• You may not copy, resell, distribute, or publicly share platform content without written permission.
• You may submit project work; you retain ownership of your original work, and grant us a limited license to review, evaluate, and showcase outcomes (only when permission/terms allow).

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or infringe any third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Upload malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation.
• Submit plagiarized work or manipulate evaluations.

You consent to receive operational communications related to your application, program, and services via email, phone, SMS, or messaging channels you provide. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate.

We may use third-party tools for hosting, analytics, communications, scheduling, and payments. Their terms may apply when you interact with those services.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes such as employment or compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptisure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim (if any), unless required otherwise by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aptisure, its directors, employees, and partners from claims arising from your misuse of Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

We may suspend or terminate access to Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the platform, engaged in fraud, or caused harm to users/platform integrity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective once posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
